A comprehensive, personalised Well Woman health check designed to review your wellbeing in detail, identify early risks, and focus on improvements tailored to you. You will spend time with an experienced GP for consultation, examination, blood testing, and receive a detailed report with advice. We recommend this annually.

Initial Consultation:

      Our experienced GPs offer support, assessment of mental health monitoring and referrals for all aspects including: eating disorders, ARFID, anorexia, bulimia, self-harm, addiction, depression, anxiety, bipolar, schizophrenia, personality disorder, children's mental health, teenage mental health, insomnia, OCD, post-natal depression, ADHD, Autism, hoarding and more.

      Dr Benson has many years’ experience focussing on her interest in mental health and neurodiversity. She can assess, advise and refer as appropriate with insight and interest.
